Had a house to cleanout from a hermit hoarding family member. Rat infestation, mold from roof leaks and lots of material that needed to be gone. We had been working on this house for over a year and had contacted another company to get an estimate. They were not responsive or good at communicating timely and their estimate was crazy high. We contacted Pacific NW Bio. The owner Nicole came out for an evaluation. She is a positive force in the universe, really enjoyed meeting her. She gave us a reasonable estimate for the job and they were able to start the next week. They worked really hard and were able to finish in the time frame given even though the carpet pad was glued down and created a lot more work. The Supervisor Jermaine was terrific, got back to me promptly when I had questions and his crew was really nice. This is embarrassing to have this in the family, but there were no value judgements from anyone in the company. It was a relief to have them come in and do the hard work and finish up. A huge thank you to Pacific NW Bio, Nicole, Averie, Jermaine and the crew!!

We called Pacific NW Bio to clean and decontaminate our non-attached garage that was littered with trash, a small amount of drug paraphernalia, and belongings of a homeless person who had been occupying it. Nicole Norman and her team have excellent credentials (hazmat certifications etc.), their approach is professional, their estimate competitive, and communications good.

They left us with a clean garage with no drug odors, and only faint traces of graffiti. And they were nice!

Finally, we left notice for the homeless person before this operation, and wanted to make sure that any personal papers or photos of the man would not be discarded. Pacific NW Bio was sensitive to our requests for respect.

We had a a flood, so we needed new flooring. Then we needed wood-dust clean-up. We called Pacific NW – BIO. Nicole talked us through the clean-up process, and gave us very helpful advice. Ayana came out to our home the next day and did an extraordinarily detailed walk-through, taking pictures, measurements & drawing a detailed blueprint of the rooms, noting the contents of each room. We got a detailed bid within two days, and then talked again with Nicole. She communicated with us at length about what we could do on our own to reduce the overall job for her company. We worked on that for a couple of days. It was hard! My husband called to see if our insurance company would cover this work, and they said yes, but only if their contractor did the work.

After all the time and effort that Pacific NW -BIO had already invested in our project, I was very sad we could not have them do the job. When I called Nicole, she was genuinely glad for us, and congratulated us on our good fortune.

We are so impressed with the service-minded, ethical, and generous attitude of this company! I would trust them always to have their customers’ best interest at heart.

Nicole Norman and her entire company pulled-out all the stops to respond amazingly quickly to clean up our terrible vehicle fluids spill in our parking lots. The toxic chemical mix threatened to contaminate a wetland right next to our parking lot and a sudden heavy rain forecast late Thursday for Friday, created a very urgent crisis.

Pacific NW Bio responded early Thursday morning to mop-up the bulk of the oils and other toxic fluids. Nicole then sent her amazing hot water pressure washing trucks/ crews to scrub our parking lot clean. Nicole’s pressure washer crews worked hard, hard, hard. Two days later I stopped-by: It was an absolutely amazing cleanup.

The super fast response and excellent spill clean-up technology prevented what could have been a very serious environmental disaster.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer in October and I spent a few weeks with him in the hospital. I have a huge house and 4 bathrooms. Unbeknownst to me and my mother who was watching them, they clogged the toilet in their bathroom and didn’t tell anyone. I came home and saw the toilet and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was completely full of dried feces and so much toilet paper. I was under so much stress and so disgusted, I just closed the door and locked it and put it out of my mind. I knew it was a bigger mess than I could or was willing to deal with. I found out about this company and asked for help. The owner sent out a tech within 36 hours. I haven’t opened the door to that bathroom in almost 3 months. When I tell you he walked in there like it was no problem and had that whole bathroom cleaned within an hour. The bathroom is spotless and the toilet looks completely brand new. There isn’t even a ring on the inside of the toilet. I was completely shocked. The toilet was the only problem but he cleaned the entire bathroom spotless. I am so happy this issue is taken care of and it was so easy. Highly, highly recommend this company for any hazmat cleaning needs but also just larger cleaning jobs that might feel overwhelming or too disgusting to deal with on your own. They were non judgemental and assured me they’ve seen worse.

Our neighbor fell and was on the floor for three nights before we found her. A specialty cleaning was needed while she was at the hospital as it would not be sanitary or safe for her to return in the condition it was in. I had tear gas residue and Nonal explosive damage throughout my home. It seemed to be impossible to get all of this cleaned up from my ceilings to the floors. Nicole came to the residence immediately with the plan for handling the task at hand. She was just like family to me. She then organized her crew who then did meticulous cleaning and air disinfecting. There was considerable damage to personal property inside the home and the crew hauled the contaminated articles to the disposal facility. Relief was so felt after going through this nightmare, and I remain grateful for the fine work and consideration this company gave me. We even managed to get a few laughs from this incident. I manage an apartment community where we recovered an abandoned unit and discovered a case of animal cruelty on the patio. The puppy was unfortunately left on the patio to pass away. After discovering the puppy, we contacted animal control, humane society, the police, and other hazmat cleanup companies and none of them could help dispose of the dog AND clean up the remains.

After contacting Pacific NW Bio, everything was seamless from the first time I called. The owner, Nicole, was very personable, informative, and punctual to respond to all that I asked and inquired. She dispatched 2 technicians the very next day and they restored the patio of the apartment to good as new.

The technicians that came out to do the job were awesome as well. They called ahead to let us know when they were approaching for their appointment and were courteous to complete the task within our approved budget. I would definitely work with them again if the need arises.

When a homeless addict left diarrhea in my garage, I scrambled to find a company to clean it up. The job was too small for several well-known companies, even though it was a BIG problem for me! She communicates well, and many of these sites show significant improvement since Pacific NW Bio started working. The company has updated license to deal with biohazardous materials which is a big plus. I would recommend this company.

Man where do I begin about this great company. 5 STARS all around!! I had to shut down my business last minute and was in a panic on how I would get everything out. NW Bio came in and saved me and my family so much stress. Nicole and her crew came in and were early, efficient and so professional. They cleaned out my entire business in less than 45mins. 2000 sq ft of 9 years of gym equipment, mirrors, flooring and trash. On top of that they also help with cleaning and junk removal of my home as well. There was no task they couldn’t do. Chopping up a large sectional for me because it was too big to get out the front door, dressers, desks, tables you name it they made it happen. I have moved multiple times in life but I promise I will never move again without the help of NW Bio. They are hands down THE BEST company I’ve ever worked with. I recommend this amazing company 10/10 times compared to anyone. Thank you so much for helping me and my family in this huge time of need.
