I've been terribly sick with a stomach issue for over two months. As a result, ALL my household cleaning was on hold - including managing my poor cat's litterbox on the basement level. I was unable to deal with it without vomiting, and so she was using the bathtub and the floor, poor thing. I also had several science experiments in my refrigerator. I've never been so embarrassed in my life: I'm horrified that my house got into such a state. Nicole and her entire team (Ayana, Dejah, and the crew - shout out to Laveil, Terrell, Jabez, and Ezekiel) were extraordinarily kind, compassionate, and helpful. The crew who did the work were friendly and professional, and worked very efficiently. My house looks fantastic again, and I couldn't be happier. Best of all, my cat is happily using her new litterbox (and ONLY her new litterbox), and now that my symptoms are well managed through the magic of pharmaceuticals, I'm able to keep up with it. I cannot thank Pacific NW Bio enough. They're true professionals who do a great job, and they are worth every penny!Posted on Google

Kim Loan TranSeptember 28, 2026Unfortunately had to reach-out to PNW Bioclean to take care of the mess left behind from a loved one’s death. In one of the darkest times in my life, they provided a much needed light. They came to help me within hours of calling:professional, compassionate, and supportive through the whole process. Prices are competitive to another service company I contacted but it was the sense of family that made the choice for me. Nicole is one of the most caring people I have encountered. It is shown in the people Nicole has surrounded herself with as well. Laveil and Amarien came to take care of me. Immediately I knew they would take care of me as they would their own family. Much love to this team and hope no one else has to deal with the same dark situation as myself but know if you do, this is the right company/team to take care of you. Have nothing but kind words for them ❤️❤️❤️Posted on Google
Wasiem HamadehSeptember 4, 2026I cannot thank Pacific NW Bio enough for their incredibly fast and professional service. Yesterday, my neighbor alerted me that a homeless man had passed out in the backyard of a home I'm currently listing for sale. After paramedics revived and transported him, a shopping cart of his belongings and used drug needles were left behind. I reached out to Nicole, and she was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and compassionate. She was able to dispatch a team the very same day. Her technicians, OJ and Phillip, arrived quickly and thoroughly cleaned up and sanitized the entire area, disposing of all biohazards safely. I am so grateful for Nicole, OJ, and Phillip for taking care of a stressful situation with such urgency, discretion, and care. I highly recommend Pacific NW Bio for any remediation needs! I'll definitely be working with them in the future again! Thank you! 😁Posted on Google

Erin GoodwillMarch 21, 2026As a local Realtor, I come across many situations where a home is in need of serious clean up before it can be sold. I recently had a horrible problem with cat urine. Tyler TorresAugust 23, 2025I had a disturbed person come onto my property and take a very big, very wet poop in my front yard. I was obviously upset and wanting the feces removed ASAP; I called around to a couple biohazard cleanup services and was being told that since it was a Friday night I would have to pay an 'Afterhours' fee -- all very expensive. And then I called Pacific NW BIO! Nicole was so nice and after listening to my story said she would NOT charge me an after hours fee and could have someone out ASAP. I'm not exactly certain if a fee was waived or if they don't ever charge one, but I was INCREDIBLY grateful!!! I didn't want to pay $1500+ and waiting until Monday wasn't an option. Within 40 minutes someone was at my house - the mess was cleaned up and the area sanitized within 30 minutes. The person, Marcus, was also very nice and professional. I cannot express enough how much their service and care meant to me when I was super stressed out. And the reasonable price was a huge relief!! I could seriously cry in gratitude. THANK YOU, Nicole and Marcus!!Posted on Google

Michelle FNovember 4, 2024Had a house to cleanout from a hermit hoarding family member. Rat infestation, mold from roof leaks and lots of material that needed to be gone. We had been working on this house for over a year and had contacted another company to get an estimate. They were not responsive or good at communicating timely and their estimate was crazy high. We contacted Pacific NW Bio. The owner Nicole came out for an evaluation. She is a positive force in the universe, really enjoyed meeting her. She gave us a reasonable estimate for the job and they were able to start the next week. They worked really hard and were able to finish in the time frame given even though the carpet pad was glued down and created a lot more work. The Supervisor Jermaine was terrific, got back to me promptly when I had questions and his crew was really nice. This is embarrassing to have this in the family, but there were no value judgements from anyone in the company. It was a relief to have them come in and do the hard work and finish up. A huge thank you to Pacific NW Bio, Nicole, Averie, Jermaine and the crew!!Posted on Google
Cecily CroskeyOctober 30, 2024We recently worked with Pacific NW Bio for our business relocation, and they truly exceeded our expectations! Their team was incredibly professional, efficient, and wasted no time helping us load and unload three separate office spaces—all in a single day. They handled everything with care, ensuring a smooth and organized transition. We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for a team to help with a business move or cleanup, we highly recommend Pacific NW Bio!Posted on Google
Chesterene CwiklikOctober 25, 2024We called Pacific NW Bio to clean and decontaminate our non-attached garage that was littered with trash, a small amount of drug paraphernalia, and belongings of a homeless person who had been occupying it. Nicole Norman and her team have excellent credentials (hazmat certifications etc.), their approach is professional, their estimate competitive, and communications good. They left us with a clean garage with no drug odors, and only faint traces of graffiti. And they were nice! Finally, we left notice for the homeless person before this operation, and wanted to make sure that any personal papers or photos of the man would not be discarded. Pacific NW Bio was sensitive to our requests for respect.Posted on Google
Lillian LahiriOctober 9, 2024We had a a flood, so we needed new flooring. Then we needed wood-dust cleane-up. We called Pacific NW - BIO. Nicole talked us through the clean-up process, and gave us very helpful advice. Ayana came out to our home the next day and did an extraordinarily detailed walk-through, taking pictures, measurements & drawing a detailed blueprint of the rooms, noting the contents of each room. We got a detailed bid within two days, and then talked again with Nicole. She communicated with us at length about what we could do on our own to reduce the overall job for her company. We worked on that for a couple of days. It was hard! My husband called to see if our insurance company would cover this work, and they said yes, but only if their contractor did the work. After all the time and effort that Pacific NW -BIO had already invested in our project, I was very sad we could not have them do the job. When I called Nicole, she was genuinely glad for us, and congratulated us on our good fortune. We are so impressed with the service-minded, ethical, and generous attitude of this company! I would trust them always to have their customers' best interest at heart. I whole-heartedly recommend their services!!!Posted on Google

John ThorpeAugust 22, 2024Nicole Norman and her entire company pulled-out all the stops to respond amazingly quickly to clean up our terrible vehicle fluids spill in our parking lots. The toxic chemical mix threatened to contaminate a wetland right next to our parking lot and a sudden heavy rain forecast late Thursday for Friday, created a very urgent crisis. Pacific NW Bio responded early Thursday morning to mop-up the bulk of the oils and other toxic fluids. Nicole then sent her amazing hot water pressure washing trucks/ crews to scrub our parking lot clean. Nicole's pressure washer crews worked hard, hard, hard. Two days later I stopped-by: It was an absolutely amazing cleanup. The super fast response and excellent spill clean-up technology prevented what could have been a very serious environmental disaster.Posted on Google

Daleela WardJanuary 15, 2024My husband was diagnosed with cancer in October and I spent a few weeks with him in the hospital. I have a huge house and 4 bathrooms. Unbeknownst to me and my mother who was watching them, they clogged the toilet in their bathroom and didn't tell anyone. I came home and saw the toilet and couldn't believe my eyes. It was completely full of dried feces and so much toilet paper. I was under so much stress and so disgusted, I just closed the door and locked it and put it out of my mind. I knew it was a bigger mess than I could or was willing to deal with. I found out about this company and asked for help. The owner sent out a tech within 36 hours. I haven't opened the door to that bathroom in almost 3 months. When I tell you he walked in there like it was no problem and had that whole bathroom cleaned within an hour. The bathroom is spotless and the toilet looks completely brand new. There isn't even a ring on the inside of the toilet. I was completely shocked. The toilet was the only problem but he cleaned the entire bathroom spotless. I am so happy this issue is taken care of and it was so easy. Highly, highly recommend this company for any hazmat cleaning needs but also just larger cleaning jobs that might feel overwhelming or too disgusting to deal with on your own. They were non judgemental and assured me they've seen worse.Posted on Google

pam kirschApril 5, 2023Our neighbor fell and was on the floor for three nights before we found her. A specialty cleaning was needed while she was at the hospital as it would not be sanitary or safe for her to return in the condition it was in. This is not something that happens frequently, but having a company that can do this kind of clean up is a God send. Thank you Nicole and team!Posted on Google
TJ AtwaterMarch 30, 2023Man where do I begin about this great company. 5 STARS all around!! I had to shut down my business last minute and was in a panic on how I would get everything out. NW Bio came in and saved me and my family so much stress. Nicole and her crew came in and were early, efficient and so professional. They cleaned out my entire business in less than 45mins. 2000 sq ft of 9 years of gym equipment, mirrors, flooring and trash. On top of that they also help with cleaning and junk removal of my home as well. There was no task they couldn’t do. Chopping up a large sectional for me because it was too big to get out the front door, dressers, desks, tables you name it they made it happen. I have moved multiple times in life but I promise I will never move again without the help of NW Bio. They are hands down THE BEST company I’ve ever worked with. Leah VaDolMarch 16, 2023I manage an apartment community where we recovered an abandoned unit and discovered a case of animal cruelty on the patio. The puppy was unfortunately left on the patio to pass away. After discovering the puppy, we contacted animal control, humane society, the police, and other hazmat cleanup companies and none of them could help dispose of the dog AND clean up the remains. After contacting Pacific NW Bio, everything was seamless from the first time I called. The owner, Nicole, was very personable, informative, and punctual to respond to all that I asked and inquired. She dispatched 2 technicians the very next day and they restored the patio of the apartment to good as new. The technicians that came out to do the job were awesome as well. They called ahead to let us know when they were approaching for their appointment and were courteous to complete the task within our approved budget. I would definitely work with them again if the need arises.Posted on Google

She was informative and offered same day service at a reasonable price! Marcus, the guy who did the cleanup, arrived on time. He was caring and he did a fantastic clean up. jennifer barquetOctober 28, 2020I normally do not take time to write a review for any company. However, the service Pacific NW Bio provided me, left me with no choice. Let me start by saying, my Uncle passed away in his home recently and we needed professional cleaning services, that’s when I found Pacific NW Bio online and made the call. I told them what happened and what I needed as far as services. They were very sympathetic towards my loss and treated me very kindly. They listed all services they could provide to me and I was able to make an appointment the following day with very little ahead time notice. The crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule to get geared up in proper PPE and and gather supplies they needed. The workers that were sent to me were beyond professional, very friendly and respectful. I also overheard them talking in multiple occasions, and immediately knew they were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. 10/10 recommended by me and my family. They helped to make a tough time for us, much easier. We appreciate that so much.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
